Hey :)... Long-time lurker and first-time poster with a view to more; thought I'd pick your brains... (If not allowed then feel free to delete.)
I can remember a few fics from this comm from years ago; and was wondering if anybody else had them saved or remembered where I could find them:it's been driving me insane for the past three weeks! The first one was quite descriptive and was to do with Diwali, and Sam realising 'it's not where you are, it's who you've got with you' or something... I remember something about boarded-up Salvation army bases and Gene combing his hair... The second one was years ago; in between the S1 and S2 break I think, and was uncannily resemblant to the actual ending of S2: Sam wakes up back in the noughties and has to kill himself to get back to 1973 and save his friends at some sort of shootout in a (my mind says newsagents?) and somebody hits somebody with a piece of pipe? and it ended with him going to sleep hearing 'ashes to ashes, dust to dust' as he died in the present...
